Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains when and how you can return items purchased from https://theaetherwave.com.
1. Important: All Items Are Made to Order
Every product on this Site — apparel, supplements, coffee, and accessories — is produced on demand by our print and supply partners after you place your order. Because items are not pulled from a pre-existing inventory, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including:
- Wrong size ordered.
- Change of mind.
- Wrong color or design selected.
- Item not what you expected based on the photo.
Please review size charts, product descriptions, and images carefully before purchasing.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Replacement or Refund
We will replace or refund items that arrive:
- Damaged in transit.
- Defective (e.g., stitching faults, ink defects, sealing or packaging faults on consumables).
- Misprinted or otherwise different from what you ordered.
- Incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, or wrong product shipped to you).
3. Time Limit
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be honored.
4. How to File a Claim
- Email support@theaetherwave.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include the following:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the problem (the damaged or defective item, the packaging, and the shipping label if relevant). For consumables, include photos of any broken seals, leaks, or labeling issues.
- We will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved claims will be resolved with a free replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.
You will not normally need to ship the item back, but we may request you do so in certain cases.
5. Consumable Products (Supplements & Coffee)
For health and safety reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned. Replacements or refunds for supplements and coffee are limited to items that arrive damaged, leaking, with broken safety seals, past expiration, or misprinted.
6. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows the package was not delivered or is stuck in transit for an unusually long period, contact us at support@theaetherwave.com and we will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve it. Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received are investigated case by case.
7. Wrong Address
If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you may be charged a reshipment fee. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. The exact time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
9. Non-Refundable Items
- Items reported after the 30-day window.
- Items damaged through customer misuse, improper washing, or wear and tear.
- Gift cards.
- Original shipping fees (refunded only if the issue was caused by us or our fulfillment partner).
