1. How Our Orders Ship

All products on this Site are made to order by our production partner, Printify, and its network of print providers and warehouses located primarily in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and other regions. Each order is produced after purchase and shipped directly from the production facility closest to the print provider — not from Namibia.

2. Order Processing & Production Time

Orders are sent into production within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Production itself typically takes:

  • Apparel and accessories: 2–7 business days.
  • Supplements and coffee: 3–7 business days.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Estimated Delivery Times After Shipping

Delivery estimates are in addition to production time:

  • United States: 4–8 business days.
  • Canada: 5–10 business days.
  • Europe / United Kingdom: 6–12 business days.
  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days.
  • Rest of world (including Namibia and southern Africa): 10–30 business days.

These times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, carrier issues, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and product type. Rates are set by our fulfillment partner and the carriers used.

5. Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@theaetherwave.com and we will look into it.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority on delivery. The Aetherwave is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can also view the status of your orders in your account page.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner due to a wrong or incomplete address, you may be charged a reshipment fee.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members.
  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  3. If unresolved within 5 business days, email support@theaetherwave.com and we will help investigate.

If your package arrives damaged, follow our Refund & Return Policy for a replacement or refund.

10. Multiple Shipments

Because items are produced at different facilities depending on the product, an order containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments at different times. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
